MondoCon, Mondo’s annual celebration of art, film, music, toys and all things awesome, kicks off this Saturday in Austin, Texas, but IndieWire has an exclusive sneak peek at three prints that are bound to be some of the most popular items on display. We’ve been champions of the company’s innovative film posters for quite some time, and these new prints for “Mulholland Drive,” “The Graduate” and “The Thin Red Line” only remind us further that no one turns one-sheets into high art quite like Mondo.

This year’s MondoCon, taking place October 22-23, includes a jam-packed schedule of panels, screenings, live scores and interactive events. Film composer Clint Mansell will be in attendance to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Darren Aronofsky’s “The Fountain.” Mondo is marking the occasion by releasing the soundtrack on vinyl for the first time ever, with artwork by Nicole Gustafsson. Other must-attend events include “Mondo Live: Draw & Design,” in which artists will create movie posters live on stage based on audience recommendations, and “Underscore: A Soundtrack Panel,” featuring Mondo Music Group members reflecting on the state of the film soundtrack in 2016.
In addition to “The Fountain,” MondoCon will also be screening a 35mm print of “A Clockwork Orange” to celebrate its 45th year, as well as Bruce Lee’s martial arts epic “Enter The Dragon.” The company will also hold a silent auction featuring rare Mondo products from over the years. All proceeds go to Austin’s Creative Action. For all of this year’s MondoCon events, head over to the official website.
